Ensuring payment bodies of one time financial assistance of military servicemen

Abstract
The article studies ensuring payment bodies activities of one time financial assistance of military servicemen, military reservists and obligors in the context of realization the social security legislation. The author defines the model for such authorities based on their power and responsibilities according to regulations in case of necessity of realization of such rights.
