ENTERPRISES IN THE FIELD OF FORESTRY AS ONE OF THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENTS

Abstract
Problem setting. The article analyzes the ways of entrepreneurship development in the sphere of forest management, analyzed the current legislation and finalized the scientists in this field. Specificity of the legal regime to this issue has been determined. Analysis of resent researches and publications. The problems of enterprises in the field of forestry were studied by legal scholars in different respects. Comprehensive research in this sphere was conducted by Demydyuk S. M, Ibatullin Sh. I., Mishenin E.V, Mishenina G. A., Yarova I. E.and others. Article’s main body. The unsatisfactory state of the resource-based sphere on ecological, ecological-economic and social parameters allows us to conclude that the current state form of forest management is ineffective. This causes a legitimate interest in new organizational forms of development of entrepreneurial initiatives in the sphere of the resource-related sphere: publicprivate partnerships, forestry cooperatives of the ecological direction, social entrepreneurship, forest-ecological directions, integrated business associations of cluster type. Conclusions and prospects for the development. The study of forest relations in the format of assistance to entrepreneurship can be a stimulant to attract investment, thereby ensuring the formation of a financial basis for the restoration and reproduction of forest resource potential, by its development can significantly improve the situation in our state.
