Entropy models of self-recovery systems
Journal Title: Технічна механіка, Техническая механика, Technical Mechanics - Year 2016, Vol 3, Issue 3
Abstract
Complex open systems exposed to various external and internal factors are considered. The possibility of applying the entropy approaches to the development of the mathematical models describing the generalized state of the complex open system is estimated. Based on the used notion of the functional entropy, a mathematical model for the process of evolution of the self-organizing system is proposed. The possibility of applying the en-tropy approaches to the development of the mathematical models describing the generalized state of the complex open system and estimating the degree of the complex system flexibility needed for its safe operation is demon-strated. A generalized parameter for estimating a balance of the factors resulting in an increase or a decrease in the functional entropy of the complex open system is proposed.

Analysis of calculated disturbances for studying horizontal dynamics of freight car
The study purpose is to choose the components of the calculated disturbances for predicting the dynamic qualities of the freight cars in a horizontal plane. The studies are carried out using mathematical modeling the car...
Fractures of springs of spring group for typical bogies of freight cars and recommendations for improvement of their equal strength
The paper relates to causes of fractures of springs of the spring group for typical freight car bogies and rec-ommendations to enhance their equal strength. In recent decades, intensive efforts are underway to improve th...
Integral-differential equation of fine grinding kinetics
Kinetics for fine grinding the ore is analyzed. The form of an integral-differential Zagustin’s equation of the grinding kinetics is employed to describe variations in the distribution function of particles by sizes in g...
Computations of Stressed-Strained State of Compressor Rim Blade Using OPENFOAM Numerical Simulation Platform
The now design of compressor rims requires a computational verification of strength characteristics using the CAE systems such as ANSYS, NASTRAN, etc. Those computations do not abolish field tests, however, they signific...
Special Effects of Boundary Conditions on Distribution of Elastic-Viscous- Plastic Waves into Bars Made from Delayed Fluidity Material
Based on an electromechanical model of an ideal elastic-viscous-plastic material with delayed fluidity, the propagation of elastic-viscous-plastic waves through a semi-infinite bar is considered. The problem is solved in...
