Enviromental and economic assessment of complexity of land use in the agricultural sphere

Abstract
The article highlights the current state of the agricultural lands in Western Polissya and substantiates a set of measures for their protection. It analyzes the characteristics of leased land and linear coefficients of structural changes in the area leased in Rivne region in 2009-2014. The study identifies the environmental aspects of land market development.
