Abstract
Environmental protection is an important question at the political and legal level and a significant problem that exists at the national, regional, European and international levels. The EU has become the base platform for the solution of global problems facing humanity, including the legal basis for the establishment of a unified environmental strategy and the development of common European principles and national legislation on the protection of the environment.
