ENVIRONMENTAL PROPERTIES OF GALAXIES AT Z < 0.1 FROM THE SDSS VIA THE VORONOI TESSELLATION
Journal Title: Odessa Astronomical Publications - Year 2014, Vol 27, Issue 1
Abstract
The aim of our work was to investigate the environmental density of galaxies fromthe SDSS DR9 at z < 0.1 using the 3D Voronoi tessellation. The inverse volume of the Voronoi cell was chosen as a parameter of local environmental density. We examined a density of given bright galaxy taking into account its faint satellites located in the Voronoi cell. We found that with the increase of total galaxy density around the central bright galaxy, the probability that it has the early type is increasing.

ASTROMETRIC CCD OBSERVATIONS OF SELECTED WDS MULTIPLE STAR SYSTEMS
Main objective of the study is getting information about multiple and double stars that allow us to determine whether this pair is physically link system. Physically bounded star systems are source of unique information...
THE ASTROMETRIC RESULTS OF OBSERVATIONS OF PERIODICAL COMETS AT KT-50 TELESCOPE IN RI “MAO”
The astrometric results of the observations of 10 periodical comets in 2017 are presented. The observations were made with telescope KT-50 telescope in RI «Mykolaiv Astronomical Observatory». The di...
MODERN CCD OBSERVATIONS OF SELECTED MINOR PLANETS FOR THE CONNECTION OF DYNAMIC AND KINEMATIC COORDINATE SYSTEMS
One of the methods of determining the orientation parameters of the dynamic and kinematic coordinate systems is to use of long-term series of ground-based observations of selected asteroids. For achievement of the best a...
UNSTABLE ANGINA TREATMENT IN VARIOUS PERIODS OF GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY
In 145 patients with unstable angina (UA) there was analized an efficiency of a drug therapy at different types of heliogeophysical activity (HA) during the 23th solar cycle. 83 patients were examined at the period of...
IDENTIFICATION OF EMISSION LINES IN A METEOR SPECTRUM OBTAINED ON AUGUST 2, 2011
125 emission lines were found in a meteor spectrum obtained on August 2, 2011. The identification of most of the lines is given. The following species were found in the spectrum: CrI, FeI, MgI, SiI, AlI, MnI, CaI, TiI, N...
