ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION OF THE ENERGY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Reforming and integration of the national energy with the EU's energy space causes the need for improvement of the ecological management system in the energy sector, reduction the negative impact of the fuel and energy complex on the environment. One of the components of this improvement is environmental regulation. The article is considered ensuring the phased alignment of Ukrainian legislation in the energy and environment sectors in accordance with EU legislation.
