Enzyme Therapy of Chronic Pancreatitis with Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency

Abstract
The article deals with diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis. The special attention was paid to the problem of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. The principles of rational enzyme therapy were shown. There were analyzed the results of investigation of enzyme preparation Pangrol efficiency.
