Abstract
Artykuł dotyczy procesów usprawniania warunków pracy w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach Autor analizuje wybrane zagadnienia związane z ergonomią, bezpieczeństwem pracy i ochroną zdrowia w świetle przepisów krajowych i unijnych. Podkreśla m.in. konieczność likwidacji względnie znacznego ograniczenia nadmiernych obciążeń psychofizycznych pracowników, uciążliwych i niebezpiecznych warunków pracy oraz potencjalnych przyczyn zagrożenia wypadkowego.
