ER‹ÞK‹N ÜST SP‹NAL KORD BASILARINDA GÖZDEN KAÇAN B‹R NEDEN: T‹P 1 CH‹AR‹ MALFORMASYONU

Abstract
Tip-1 Chiari malformasyonu di¤er ad›yla primer serebellar ektopi; serebellar tonsillerin foramen magnumdan servikal spinal kanala do¤ru yer de¤ißtirmesidir. Bu malformasyonun tam oluß mekanizmas› bilinmemekte ve olußmas›nda çeßitli teoriler öne sürülmektedir. Tip-1 Chiari Malformasyonu’nda klinik; beyin sap›, medulla, alt kafa çiftleri, serebellum ve spinal kord bas›s›- na ba¤l›d›r. En s›k görülen bulgu, % 34 oran›nda suboksipital baß a¤r›s›d›r. A¤r› ikinci s›kl›kta servikal spinal bölgede görülür. Tip-1 Chiari malformasyonu tan›s›nda kraniovertebral bileßkenin manyetik rezonans görüntülemesi (MRG) alt›n standartt›r. Ancak günümüze kadar belirlenmiß kesin bir tedavi yöntemi yoktur. Semptomatik hastalarda cerrahi tedavi, ilerleyen nörolojik defisitleri durdurmak amac›yla yap›lmaktad›r.
