ESSENCE AND COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF DEVELOPMENT’S TYPES

Abstract
The article considers the views of scholars on the essence of development as a complex multidimensional category. The temporal analysis was used to highlight the essence of development and its results are presented. The main types of development are outlined, namely extensive, intensive and innovative. The main characteristics of different types of development are presented. It was established that types of development have their own peculiarities that should be taken into account in the management process.
