ESSENCE AND VALUE OF LOGISTIC ACTIVITY IN THE ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
In the article theoretical approaches to the definition of the economic category «logistic activity» have been considered. The views of scientists regarding the essence of logistic activity from the standpoint of functional, process and system approaches have been grouped. The place and role of logistics activities in the organization management system have been determined. The consideration of the basic processes of logistic activity in the engineering modeling of the management system of the organization has been proposed. The results should be aimed at improving the understanding of modern management by managers and specialists of domestic organizations and making more sophisticated management decisions in organization managing as an integral system.
