ESSENCE OF FRANCHISING AS A FORM OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This paper analyzes the existing approaches to the definition of franchising. As a result of a comprehensive study of the economic substance of franchise the definition of Franchise based on economic relations is given. The features of category of "franchising" are considered. The dynamics of growth in the number of franchisees in Ukraine and franchised distribution networks activities are given. The basic problems of franchising in Ukraine are considered and some recommendations to disseminate this type of business activity are offered
