ESTIMATION OF COMPETITIVENESS OF SPEED MOBILE COMPOSITION OF UKRAINIAN PRODUCTION

Abstract
In order to evaluate and make a decision on the choice of high-speed rolling stock (HRS) for Ukraine conditions, an assessment of the choice of the HRS was made using a qualitative calculation of the quality of the equipment. The estimation of high-speed rolling stock on the basis of weighting characteristics, consumer and cost indicators was carried out. The properties of modern HRS and their indicators, coefficients of competitiveness of Ukrainian HRS in comparison with HRS of other countries were studied. From the above calculations it was established that the domestic HRS Ekr1 "Tarpan" has a high level of competitiveness in comparison with many HRS of other countries. This determines the expediency of further development of the maintenance infrastructure of the HRS on the basis of its own production, gradually mastering the organization of maintenance of foreign HRS on its own repair facilities by repair personnel.
