Abstract

The research paper analyzes the preconditions of the spacious development of high-speed passenger transport system in the city of Kharkiv. It is suggested to consider expediency of introduction of high-speed passenger transport system on the basis of the estimation of change of social-marketing perception by passengers of quality of transport service. The presented contour connection of characteristic influence of technical-technological solutions of the implementation of high-speed traffic allowed to form a logical model of changing the quality of transport service of population of the territorial structures of the city. Based on the presented productional rules of estimation of the transition of barrier of quality of transport service for separate territorial structures of the city of Kharkiv there is established expediency of introduction of routs of high-speed transport system Sky Way.
