ESTIMATION OF PERSONNEL COMPETENCE AS A FACTOR OF INCREASE OF COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article, requirements are substantiated to the estimation of the positive dynamics of competence of personnel as a factor of increase of competitiveness of the enterprise. Proposed the authorial offering of the concept of competence, and also an aggregate of quantitative evaluation criteria, the use of which allows effectively determining the positive dynamics of competence of personnel of the enterprise. The model situations of discharge of personnel on the basis of results of determination of the integral index of positive dynamics of competence of personnel are considered.
