Estrategias De Crédito En Las Empresas Privadas

Abstract
The objective of this research is to propose strategies to optimize the financial management in private companies, in order to determine the effectiveness, highlighting the best ideas that have been exposed today, with the aim of preserving and maintaining the benefits obtained from These strategies. The current Financial Crisis in which we find has increased the levels of delinquency causing to insert models of risk analysis to quantify the Rating rating of its client portfolio. The model for large companies consists of a subjective component based on questionnaires made by the risk analyst and an objective component based on statistical procedures. The research carried out presents a bibliographic and / or historical support of the information obtained; So it can be emphasized that the importance of such strategies is to avoid generating bad accounts that later are seen in the obligation to hire an external company to be able to recover their credits granted, and in turn keep their customers satisfied with the company that is making Credits. In companies it is necessary to have financial strategies in order not to break and apply them correctly, so that it can achieve the established objectives and obtain good results.
