Eşzamanlı Mültipl Serebral ve Sistemik Embolizm: Vaka Sunumu

Abstract
Atrial Fibrilasyon (AF) kardiyak embolilerin en sık sebebi olmakla birlikte, AF'li olguların yaklaşık %30 kadarında serebral ve periferik emboliler de gözlenebilmektedir. Sık olmayarak mültipl embolilere rastlamak mümkündür. Fakat mültipl emboliler oldukça nadir eşzamanlı olarak gözlenebilirler. Bu çalışmada eş zamanlı renal, pulmoner ve bilateral serebral emboliler gelişen paroksizmal AF'li bir olgu sunulmuş, tanı ve tedavi modaliteleri gözden geçirilmiştir.
