The study used a questionnaire of own design. Test chi² with Pearson correlation index determination was used for statistical analysis of the results. Results. Most parents/carers have trusted the actions of nurses connected with treatment, care and diagnosis. Parents/carers note neglects in the work of nurses such as lack of time for the patients, the wrong behave to them, indiscretion, aversion to work. If the education of parents/carers is higher and age is older, the assessment on practicing nurses is more critical. Generally, about 55% of respondents assessed positively the work of nurses; about 45% had negative opinions.
