Etiopatogeneza nadciśnienia tętniczego u kobiet ciężarnych

Abstract
Nadciśnienie tętnicze w przebiegu ciąży jest jednym z najpoważniejszych powikłań ciąży i może stanowić zagrożenie dla życia ciężarnej oraz jej dziecka. W ostatnich latach coraz szerszym zainteresowaniem cieszą się badania nad profilaktyką nadciśnienia indukowanego ciążą, stanu przedrzucawkowego i rzucawki. Jednakże ze względu na nieznaną etiologię tych schorzeń pierwotna profilaktyka nie jest obecnie możliwa. W niniejszej pracy starano się przybliżyć stan wiedzy na temat etiopatogenezy oraz możliwości wczesnego wykrywania ciężarnych zagrożonych występowaniem tych zaburzeń.
