ETYMOLOGY AND DEFINITION OF DEVELOPMENT TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The etymology of the concept "territorial community" is disclosed. The historical premises of realization of local self-government in Ukraine are determined. The essence of the concept "territorial community" is specified. Characteristics of the territorial community are identified. The content of the concept of "social capital" has been developed. The levels of social capital formation are determined. The reasons for obtaining a synergistic effect by combining people are established.
