Abstract
Artykuł analizuje realizację projektów europejskich (programy) i ich ewentualne zaangażowanie w samorządzie, wiosek, miast, regionów na Ukrainie, jak również rozwój i realizację polityki inwestycyjnej samorządów miejscowych. Samorząd miejscowy na Ukrainie – jest gwarantowane przez państwo prawo i realne możliwości terytorialnej społeczności. Jedną z form finansowania jest fundusz pomocy rozwojowi samorządu miejscowego w Ukrainie. Fundusz jest centralą naukową, metodyczną, doradczą i koordynacyjną instytucją dla wsparcia samorządu miejscowego na Ukrainie.
