EUROPEAN UNION POLICIES IN EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN POLAND DURING THE PERIOD OF ACTIVIZING THE PROCESS OF EUROINTEGRATION

Abstract

The article explores main ideas of key international and European documents which formulated strategic tasks for developing the system of education and professional training in the European Union states and influenced formation of Polish educational policies already at the stage of activizing the Eurointegration process. The author conditionally defined two subgroups of documents for the analysis: 1) documents which determined and influenced formation of European Union educational policies in general, and 2) domestic documents and those ratified by Poland which were determining strategic policies in the area of education and professional training of specialists.
