Evaluating the Impact of Virtual Reality Training on Employee Performance in Commercial Banks in Nepal
Journal Title: Account and Financial Management Journal - Year 2025, Vol 10, Issue 06
Abstract
This study investigates the impact of virtual reality (VR) training on employee performance in commercial banks in Nepal. Through quantitative analysis, it assesses how VR training influences job performance, job satisfaction, and skill acquisition. The findings reveal that the mode and frequency of VR training significantly enhance job performance and skill acquisition, highlighting the importance of interactive and consistent training sessions. While cost-effectiveness is a crucial factor in training program implementation, the perceived effectiveness of VR training does not significantly affect job satisfaction or skill acquisition. The research indicates a moderate positive relationship between VR training variables and employee outcomes, emphasizing the need for optimized training strategies to improve learning and operational efficiency in the banking sector. The study contributes to the discourse on technology-driven learning and suggests future research should explore additional variables, such as employee engagement and long-term performance metrics.
