EVALUATION DE LEXPERIENCE DE DESTINATION : PROPOSITION ET TEST DUN MODELE INTEGRATEUR SUR LA DESTINATION TOURISTIQUE DAGADIR (MAROC).

Abstract

Cet article ?value l?exp?rience touristique de destination en l?appr?hendant suivant une approche holistique par la proposition et le test d?un mod?le int?grateur illustrant les effets de l?exp?rience sur la fid?lit? et l?intention comportementale envers la destination ? travers l?analyse des relations structurelles de la chaine causale ?motions, valeur globale per?ue, satisfaction, fid?lit? et intention comportementale. Le mod?le est test? sur la destination touristique d?Agadir (Maroc). Un total de 425 Touristes de diff?rentes nationalit?s ont r?pondu ? une enqu?te quantitative men?e dans diff?rents ?tablissements h?teliers class?s de la destination. L?analyse des donn?es s?est op?r?e en recourant ? la mod?lisation par les ?quations structurelles par la technique PLS.Les r?sultats de la recherche ont r?v?l? que le mod?le structurel fournit des informations sur le pouvoir pr?dictif du mod?le donn? par R? et des informations sur la signification de cette chaine de causalit? et nous a permis de relever l?existence des liens positifs et significatifs entre ces trois variables et la fid?lit? confirmant ainsi que ces trois variables sont des pr?dicteurs de la fid?lit? et de l?intention comportementale dans les destinations touristiques. La relation ?Emotions→valeur globale per?ue→satisfaction→fid?lit? et intentions comportementales? semble ?tre ?vidente et confirme les v?ux de chercheurs tels que Chen et Phou (2013), Elliotet al. (2011) et Zhang et al. (2014) qui ont fait appel ? la n?cessit? d?orienter les recherches vers le d?veloppement et l\'exp?rimentation des mod?les ?int?gratifs? pour l?appr?hension de l?exp?rience touristique et de ses effets sur la fid?lit?, l?intension comportementale et la comp?titivit? des destinations touristiques.
