Evaluation of computer espionage instances of cyber crimes law Iran

Abstract
The Cybercrime Act 2009 created new concepts and crimes of criminal law that each of them needed comprehensive and expert studies. Meanwhile, spying in criminal law considered one of the oldest crimes, but in light of technological advances, the manner in which it was committed changes in cybercrime law, as intelligence computer, is criminalization. Computer spy is computer crime that constitutes a criminal matter, any material element of the crime. This crime is a crime committed before the advent of computers was not possible. Iran's domestic law, actions such as unauthorized access, achieve, obtain and dialogue series data that by disclosure, they cause harm to state security and national interests; and career, commercial, industrial information, and transmission to unqualified persons is criminalized. Current article discuss about this issue that what computer espionage is and investigate different dimension and cases of computer espionage regarding related law.
