Evaluation of environmental health status in health care centers in Kermanshah city

Abstract
Background: Health care services are defined as services that aimed at prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of illness, so people need to refer Clinics for different reasons. The goal of environmental health is controlling all the factors that actual and potential have negative effects on human health and survival. Therefore, this study conducted with aim to check the state of environmental health in health care centers in Kermanshah city. Method: This is cross-sectional study. The study population consisted of all the clinics in Kermanshah and all sectors of these clinics have been studied. Study tool was self-made checklist and data was analyzed by Excel software and using descriptive statistics. Results: The results show that respectively environmental health state in the most units of health care centers are in level of 65-85% desirability, which show suitable level of those centers. Conclusion: It is necessary to improving environmental health conditions by making uniform standards and provides the necessary conditions for the implementation of these standards in health care centers.
