Evaluation of groundwater status within the Koprzywianka River basin according to new legislation

Abstract
In August 2008, the Ministry of Environment introduced a decree on criteria and way of evaluating chemical and quantitative status of groundwater. The authors present a short description of hydrogeological conditions and evaluation of quantitative and chemical status of groundwater within the Koprzywianka River basin, accompanied by comments and suggestions related to this issue.
