EVALUATION OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS EFFICIENCY

Abstract
The article deals with evaluation of efficiency of management decisions and the results of research in this area. The purpose of this study is the advanced technique of management decisions evaluation by assessing various factors affecting it. Evaluating the effectiveness of management decisions is an important part of the manager’s work, but it remains an open question because of its complexity. The paper proposes a quantitative assessment of the factors influencing the effectiveness of solutions. On the data of a motor company a simple and multiple correlation analysis has been made. Based on the results the impact of factors on the efficiency of solutions and factor dependence has been determined. The results obtained give the manager a possibility of a comprehensive approach to decision-making and conscious influence on their performance.
