Journal Title: Економіка: реалії часу - Year 2015, Vol 3, Issue 19
Abstract
In this research, we evaluate the effect of the participation in the public programs in terms of growth in assets of the firm, sales, number of employees, efficiency and productivity, by comparing granted firms with non-granted firms. The main objective of this study is to provide an empirical evidence regarding the impact of two of the most important Spanish financial policies for SMEs, which are subsidised credit offered by the Official Credit Institute (ICO) and credit guaranteed by a Mutual Guarantee Society (MGS).
