Еvaluation of the competencies of enterprises from the positions of developing economics of knowledge in Ukraine and its regions

Abstract
The main indicators of the ability of enterprises to promote the formation of knowledge economy at the level of the country or region are systematized, grouped according to the criteria - the influence of innovative processes; the degree of use of information and communication technologies, the level of education of children, youth, adult population; the state of science and high-tech industries. It has been determined that in order to assess the ability of enterprises to promote the knowledge economy in Ukraine and its regions, there is not enough information base for the quality implementation of this procedure. The search for additional sources of information has been carried out to determine the state of readiness of the country for knowledge development. The analysis of the activities of fifteen universities of Ukraine, which was selected based on the results of the TOP 200 rating in 2017, is based on information provided on their official sites and pages in the social network Facebook.
