Evaluation of the employment potential of industrial enterprises

Abstract
The aim of the paper is to study the components and indicators for assessing the employment potential of the company in a market economy. The system of indicators characterizing the employment potential of the enterprise is defined as an open system, which is a set of interrelated elements that give a comprehensive description of the labor component of the resource potential of the entity Systematized evaluation indexes of labor potential employees, officers and specialists of industrial enterprises. Author determined the perceptions of an innovative component that determine the rate of innovation and the rate of innovation activity. Іn summary, coefficient proposed method for analyzing the employment potential to set the level of capacity and offer management solutions for its further development.
