EVALUATION OF THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF SPORTS COMPANIES USING RATIO ANALYSIS: AN APPLICATION ON SPORT COMPANIES IN BORSA ISTANBUL (BIST)

Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze financial performance of four sport companies whose shares are traded in Borsa Istanbul by using ratio analysis. In the analysis result, it is ascertained that sport companies face with trouble in fulfilling their financial obligations and they do not use their assets efficiently. Besides it is observed that companies fail in generating profit.
