Eight caregivers (33.3%) stated that their homes were on the top floors of an apartment and it was very difficult to find help in carrying stretchers and patients. Conclusion: Home health services are becoming increasingly widespread in our country. Determining the unmet needs of these patients is important in terms of increasing the quality of the service provided. The needs most often expressed by caregivers can be solved by easy measures.
