Evidence Based Medicine; Positive and Negative Likelihood Ratios of Diagnostic Tests

Abstract

مقدمه: در دو شماره قبلی مجموعه مقالات آموزشی مجله طب اورژانس ایران بخشی از خصوصیات غربالگری تست های تشخیصی شامل حساسیت، ویژگی، دقت و همچنین ارزش اخباری مثبت و منفی توصیف شده و نحوه محاسبه آنها نیز بیان گردید (1, 2). در قسمت سوم این مجموعه قصد داریم تا به توصیف نسبت درست نمایی مثبت و منفی (Positive and Negative Likelihood Ratios (LR))که از مهمترین شاخص های کارکردی تست های تشخیصی محسوب می شوند، بپردازیم (3). برای درک بهتر این خصوصیت ابتدا باید به طور کامل مفهوم حساسیت و ویژگی را درک کرده باشیم و لذا قویا توصیه میکنیم که پیش از مطالعه مقاله حاضر، مقاله اول از این مجموعه را مرور نمایید (1). به طور خلاصه نسبت درست نمایی مثبت و منفی راجع به درصدی از موارد بیمار و سالمی است که نتایج تست مشابه دارند (4).
