Еволюція підходів до трактування соціальної економіки у глобальному розумінні

Abstract

A number of social issues accompanies the country’s economic development in the conditions of globalization. So, the article is devoted to the study of various approaches to the essence of the category "social economy". The aim of the article is to analyze the genesis of scientific thoughts and to define the social economy in a global context. In the article, the beginning of the use of the term social economy in scientific circulation has been considered. It was XIX century, but the special recovery of the development of the theory of social economy came after World War II in such European countries as Germany, France, Spain. With the aim to study the scientific and methodological foundations of the social economy in the context of globalization, its etymology, explanations, scope, historical phases of development, theoretical aspects and practical forms of use, consequences and prospects have been analyzed. In the article the differences in scientific approaches between the interpretation of the social economy by American and German scientific schools have been identified. The study of the social economy has great theoretical and practical importance. In the categories and principles, laws and regularities of social economy the underlying processes of social development have been reflected. The practical value of the article is to try to bring the consideration of the social economy to the global level. Scientific novelty of the article is the author's understanding of the social economy in the global aspect as a global market environment in which the participation of global actors formed the foundations of the welfare of the population. The study determines that nowadays this global social economy covers only the high-developed countries, but in the future, it will also concern less developed countries as high living standards of population are one of the social goals for all world community. The further research will be focused on assessing the social economy models in different countries and comparing them in global context.
