Abstract

In this article aspects of the historical debut of the appearance and subsequent evolution of the notion and definition of the penal politics is studied. Works of classical scholars are invoked, which defined at the at the beginning the penal politics and analized this notion. In this context some modern scientific definitions are analized – especially criminological, politological aspects of crime. This publication argues the idea that deep scientific investigation of all political crime characteristics as an instrument of fighting and prevention of of law infringements is required.
