EVOLUTION OF LOCAL FINANCES AS A REALIZATION OF THE MODERN MODEL OF THEIR ORGANIZATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the main historical stages of the evolution of finance of local government bodies. The characteristic features inherent in each stage are determined. It was clarified how the change in socio - political structure influenced the peculiarities of the development of local finance. The basis of the formation of local finance in the independent Ukraine was studied. The main tendencies of the evolution of local self-government, inter-budgetary relations and the budget process at the local level are generalized and systematized.
