EVOLUTION OF SCIENTIFIC REVIEWS ON INSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS OF THE EFFICIENT FUNCTIONING OF LABOUR-MARKET

Abstract
The author has analyzed principal theoretical approaches of institutional provisions of the efficient labor-market functioning, and has carried out its critical appraisal. It was determined that the efficiency of the functioning of institutions and national labor-market institutes is related and influences probable economic and social losses, exploitation or under exploitation of the workplace at each individual workplace, company, in the regions and within the country as the whole. Justification of the priorities and criteria for institutional provision for the effective functioning of the national labor market is provided.
