Abstract
The article summarizes and systematizes the theoretical approaches of representatives of Ukrainian and foreign economic science to the international technology transfer. In addition, the causes of the origin and regularities of the international technology transfer are analyzed and the scientific evolution and theoretical concepts in this field is researched.
