Ex Ante Review in Realizing the Constitutionality of Law Regulations in Indonesia

Abstract
This study aims to describe the model of constitutional review in France and the model of constitutional review (constitutional review) in Indonesia and to describe the prospect of implementing ex ante review in realizing the constitutionality of laws and regulations in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is normative juridical using secondary legal data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the most influential comparison on the model of constitutional testing in Indonesia and France is in the position of the examiner's subject and the test object. The testing subject in Indonesia is carried out by the Constitutional Court, which is located as one of the judicial power institutions (judicial institutions), while the object of testing is in the form of laws that have been ratified and promulgated.
