EXAMINATION OF THE QUALITY OF PAPER TOWELS OF DIFFERENT MANUFACTURES

Abstract
A method for the production of paper towels using Aloe Vera extract was developed. An examination of the quality of samples, which are represented in the trading network of the Kharkov city in comparison with the new sample was carried out. An organoleptic, physico-chemical quality assessment was carried out and the hygienic index of the researched products was determined. The expediency of production of the corresponding products is proved.
