Examining the Role of Developing Human Resource Productivity System and Human Resource Training in the Weakness of Motivation System Related To Human Force Performance in Mellat Bank Branches of West Azerbaijan

Abstract

Motivation is regarded as the most complicated issues in organizational behavior to which different perspectives have been purposed. Motivation involves the set of forces which enforce the individual to show particular behavior. It has do with high level of preparation of an organism which has been determined for following a number of goals. The stimulating and supporting processes derived from the target-based behavior is called motivation. Motivation of people depends on the extent of stimuli. It I a factor which leads the existing creatures to perform acts and use energy at all levels. In practice, motivation involves internal forces of people which lead to evident act; motivation aims to reach a particular goal in terms of the behavior. In addition, human force is the most important resource. In addition, the development of works in the United States is based on the rapid increase of wages. In this system, the employers never complete their career in organization. Instead, they experience many situations through assuming themselves as doing tasks in different organizations. Hence, the position of job is not important for people in organizations.
