EXECUTION OF COURT ORDERS IN THE CIVIL PROCESS OF UKRAINE: LEGAL ANALYSIS OF LEGISLATIVE CHANGES 2017

Abstract
The paper highlights topical issues and examines the problems of law enforcement of the legal regulation of the implementation of court rulings in the civil process in Ukraine. The gaps of normative regulation of legal relations in the indicated sphere are indicated. The conclusions and suggestions are aimed at improving the civil procedural legislation in the field of execution of court decisions.
