Experience of Application of Domperidone in Suspension in Infants with Regurgitation Syndrome

Abstract
The article deals with the experience of using domperidone (Domrid) in suspension in infants with regurgitation syndrome. A research group consisted of 42 patients aged ge from 1 to 12 months with regurgitation with various intensity. I group enrolled 20 children, received «treatment with nutrition and position». II group was made by 22 peers, in which this therapy was added with Domrid. «Treatment with nutrition and position» in 10 days resulted in reduction of regurgitation in 30 % of patients. Addition of therapy with Domrid was associated with more rapid onset of positive dynamics (on the 5th day regurgitation were stopped in 95.5 % of children).
