Experimental Investigation of Filament Wound Pressure Vessel Subjected to Internal Pressure by Finite Element Method.
Journal Title: Scholars Journal of Engineering and Technology - Year 2013, Vol 1, Issue 4
Abstract
Composite pressure vessels are an important type of high-pressure container that is widely used in aerospace industries. When compared with isotropic materials like steel, these pressure vessels develop hoop stresses that are twice longitudinal stresses. High stiffness and low weight is the criteria for many applications, especially the applications related with fuel consumption. Fiber reinforced plastics with the specific properties of high stiffness and low weight have paved their way in the industry in implementation or their use for manufacturing different parts . The present paper Ansys 11.0 is used to investigation the better orientation and delamination of fiber by considering their deformation, strain, and shear stress for the filament wound pressure vessel.

A Comparative Study of the Routing Protocols LOAD and RPL in Low-power and Lossy Networks (LLN)
Routing protocols for sensor networks are often designed with explicit assumptions, serving to simplify design and reduce the necessary energy, processing and communications requirements. IPv6 Routing Protocol for Low Po...
Based on Finite Element Simulation and Affected Analysis of Pipeline Thermal Stress under Wall Thickness
When gas transmission pipelines are working, due to various reasons such as being heated or cold and expansion and contraction, the pipeline will produce deformation, and then the deformation is limited by displacement c...
Optimization of injection parameters for air foam profile control in low permeability oil field
Abstract: In view of the high water cut, effect of strong anisotropy, low water drive spread coefficient and injected water channeling of M block in A oil field, some research on the technology of M block air foam profil...
Fault-Tolerant Unicast, Multicast and Broadcast Routing Flow-Based Models
Flow-based models of unicast, multicast and broadcast fault-tolerant routing in telecommunication networks were proposed. The novelty of models is a description of multiproduct case, as well as in consideration of flowin...
