EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF CONCRETE-FILLED METAL STRUCTURES 

Abstract

Comparative experimental studies of hollow and concrete-filled steel structures of rectangular and round cross-sections have been made. The dependence between the breaking force of the cross sectional areas of hollow metal and concrete-filled samples has been ascertained. The efficient use of pipe-concrete structures for road-building machines has been determined.
