EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES OF THE OXIDATION OF METAL BORIDES

Abstract

Low-temperature oxidation of metal borides particles energetic compounds conglomerates have been studied via thermogravimetry method. By oxidation activity borides can be arranged in the following series of TiB2, ZnB2, AlB2, B. Experiment showed the change of oxidation law temperature dependence from logarithmic to parabolic.
