Experimentarea unui model de acceptare a sistemelor de e-learning

Abstract
Scopul studiului este de a testa un model de acceptare a sistemelor de e-learning având ca referinţă modelul UTAUT. După o scurtă prezentare a modelului UTAUT, se descriu modelul propus şi ipotezele, metodele utilizate şi rezultatele obţinute din experimentare pe un eşantion de studenţi (N=224). Prin aplicarea metodelor de analiză multivariată, rezultatele obţinute arată că modelul este viabil în contextul e-learning din România. Modelul explică 63% din varianţa Intenţiei de continuare a utilizării sistemului de e-learning.
