Explain the Impact of Organizational Factors Affecting Food Safety Performance Using Fuzzy Dematel

Abstract
Organizational factors affecting safety performance not only affect the performance of the entire organization, but also the relationships between them and the decrease or increase of factors can affect other factors. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational factors and immune function is effective. This application is based on a description. In this article, together with organizational factors affecting the industry's safety performance literature. The specific questionnaire was used to measure relationships and Questionnaire of basic metals by safety experts in small and medium industries in the province of East Azerbaijan, were answered. The results indicate that management commitment to safety, interactions, safety, safety management systems, reward systems, reporting systems, and teamwork and continuous improvement of safety factors, empowerment, governance, safety behavior, knowledge classified and awareness about safety, and self - efficacy influence factors are classified. To improve performance safety, industrial managers can focus on the factors increasing system performance in order to overall improvement in industry.
